Shipping & Returns

At Miriam Grace Collection, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of that, production and shipping may take a little longer than traditional retail.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by product and destination. After production, most domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, though some orders may take longer depending on the print provider and carrier. International shipping times vary by location. Printify's available methods include Economy, Standard, Priority, and Express, depending on the product and sales channel.

Shipping Notes

Because products may be fulfilled by different print providers, items ordered together may sometimes arrive in separate packages. Printify also notes that shipping setup should reflect its rates so merchants do not undercharge or overcharge customers.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and problem

If the issue qualifies, we will work with our print partner to provide a replacement or refund. In most eligible cases under Printify's policy, photo proof is required and the item does not need to be returned.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help review the shipment status and next steps. Printify includes support for certain transit-related issues when timely reported.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has entered production, we may no longer be able to make changes.
